It’s a delicious dish with sweet, spicy (optional), savory, and crunchy flavors from the bean sprouts. Alright, let’s get started

Instructions:
Add the egg noodles to the pot
Boil for 3 minutes until the noodles are cooked but not too soft
Add the cleaned and chopped Chinese cabbage and bean sprouts
Stir until well combined
Stir the noodles again until well combined, and don’t forget to adjust the seasoning
Remove from heat and serve
