Orange Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients

• 185 grams Butter
• 2 teaspoon Orange Skin / Peel, grated
• 310 grams Sugar
• 4 Eggs
• 190 ml Sour cream
• 310 grams Flour, sifted
• 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

Orange syrup

• 125 grams of Sugar
• 65 ml Orange Juice

Making Steps

1. Mix butter, orange peel and sugar until soft and fluppy
2. Add eggs one by one while continuing mixing.
3. Add Choc Bits, flour, baking powder and sour cream stir well.
4. Prepare a 20 cm round baking pan already smear butter and lined with baker paper, bake with 180C degree about 55 minutes or until cooked perfectly.
5. Pour the Orange Syrup over the Cake before cutting and serving.

Orange Syrup

1. Mix sugar and juice, cook over low heat only until the sugar dissolves and boil, remove and chill.
