Quesillo with caramel - Recipe

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs.

• 1 can of condensed milk.

• 1 can of milk (Same amount).

• Vanilla to taste.

• 1 dram of rum.

Ingredients for candy:

• 1 cup of sugar.
• 1/2 cup of water.

Preparation:

• We are going to cook the caramel in the cheese-making area to finally add the quesillo.

• Later we will turn the mold to cover it with candy.

• Done this we are going to add condensed milk, eggs, vanilla and liquor in a blender. Blend at most 1 minute.

• We will take as a measure the can of condensed milk, fill with milk and proceed by adding it to the previous mixture.

• We will empty the mixture in the cheese cellar.

• And to finish we'll take the oven in a bain-marie for 30 or 45 minutes.
