Ingredients.
- 300 grams of pork belly.
- 1 shallot (finely chopped).
- Green onion (cut into 2 inches).
- Salt, sugar, fish sauce and vegetable oil.
Instructions.
- In a bowl, combine pork with 1 teaspoon salt and 2 cups of cool water. Soak for 30 minutes just clean it. Drain and rinse until the water is clear. Slice the pork belly and mix well with 1 teaspoon salt. Set aside for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in the pan over medium low heat, add shallot, fry well until fragrant. Add sliced pork, stir fry well until golden. Put it into a strainer to drain oil.
- Heat leftover pork oil in the pan (which you've just stir fried the pork) over low heat. Add 2 tablespoon fish sauce and 3 tablespoon sugar. Fry well for about 1 minute. Then add the pork. Add fish sauce to taste. Final step is add green onion and stir fry well for about a minute.
- Serve hot with cooked rice.
