I hope you enjoyed my Krispy Kreme Easter Donuts. I wanted to talk about the Caramel Sensation that I forgot, (yes, forgot) to write about. It was only when I had the Easter donuts did it remind me of this one.
Krispy Kreme - Caramel Sensation
”With a rich caramel filling, hand decorated with caramel, chocolate and honeycomb pieces!”
This donut is practically the same as the Cracking Honeycomb Crunch. The only difference was the caramel sauce pattern on top of the donut. I was very surprised that Krispy Kreme took a donut off the menu and brought it back as practically the same donut but with a different name and design. Everything was nice and tasty. A great caramel taste and it had the crunch of the honeycomb pieces. The filling was the same caramel too, but there wasn’t as much as what was in the Cracking honeycomb Crunch.
A nice donut at the time, but disappointed they brought it back as an Easter Donut when I think Krispy Kreme should have made a different, special donut for Easter.
