I'm currently trying to stay away from sugar and wheat so i decided to make myself a delicious cauliflower pizza.

To make the base you are going to need

2 cups of grated cauliflower

2 cups of mozzarella cheese

2 eggs

Something that i forgot to include in the image above was the pizza sause. I bought my from the grosery store just keep a eye out for added sugar.

The cauliflower is going to contain allot of moisture, u need to get it as dry as possible i like to use a iron skillet pan to dry the cauliflower as much as i can but not so much that it changes color.

After you dried it as much as you can let it cool off and mix your ingredients. I'm making two pizzas so i will be doubling on ingedients

Take a oven pan and place baking paper over it, now use your mixed contents and make yourself a pizza base. Don't forget to make it as thin as possible but also give the edges some thickness, the base is going to cook from the outside in and not making the edges thicker is going to cause the edges to burn and the middle part is to be raw.

Place this base in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 15 min then turn the base around for another 15 min.

Smack some of that pizza sauce on there and place your decided toppings on the pizza, place it back in the oven and wait for the cheese to completely melt.
