Hi bloggers and food lovers, I hope you’re having a great day! Today I made a homemade pizza again with even more toppings, the crust is soft on top and crunchy on the bottom. I think this dough turned out better than the last one. Okay, let’s get right to it.
Ingredients:
6 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
75 ml milk
1/2 tbsp margarine
1/4 onion
3 sausages
6 chicken meatballs
Bolognese sauce
oregano
2 slices of cheese
olive oil
Instructions:
Place the all-purpose flour, yeast, and sugar in a bowl
Add half of the milk and knead until the dough is well combined
Add the remaining milk and knead again until the dough is smooth
Once the dough begins to come together, add the margarine
Then knead the dough again until it is completely smooth
Cover the bowl and let the pizza dough rest for about 1 hour
After one hour, place the pizza dough on a pan greased with olive oil, then flatten it to fit the pan
Prick the dough all over with a fork
Spread the Bolognese sauce over the dough, making sure it’s evenly distributed
Place the onion slices on top of the dough
Then sprinkle the sausage and chicken meatballs on top
Spread another layer of Bolognese sauce over the toppings
Then place the cheese slices on top
Bake on the pan over low heat for 30 minutes until the bottom of the dough is dry and begins to change color
Sprinkle oregano on top, then bake again for 2 minutes
Turn off the heat and serve the crispy pan pizza on a plate
The crispy pan pizza is ready to eat
