Hey all!

Still hanging in there! Just a few more days and I’ll be finished my December NO SUGAR Challenge!

I’m pretty proud of what I’ve accomplished, and I’m looking forward to keeping up with it in January as well.

My whole plan with this was to reduce my overall daily sugar intake not just for now, but AFTER the challenge and into the new year.

I hate the feeling of something (or someone for that matter) having a hold on me. Makes me very uncomfortable.
Being a weird sort of control freak as I am, the feeling out being of control is a very slippery slope, so when I get that feeling it’s nice to just tighten the ropes and clear out all the bad habits I’ve been harbouring.

Giving up sugar this month helped reinforce my strength of will which I can use to propel forward.

It’s how I take control back and give myself the uplift I need to keep showing up for life every day.
Because some days even that can be difficult.

I’ve got some sprouts started which I’ll use in my juice for Juicing in January! My next personal challenge! Super excited about that. I’m a little nervous to get the juicer going, gonna check out the manual today. Get familiar with the beast 💕
