Hello everyone! Today I'm going to show you a classic dish spread all over the world : Beef Wellington.
This time I did it with a variation, I'm using pork instead of beef but it's still a good dish and I know that beef is more expensive than pork and not everyone can afford it.
INGREDIENTS :
Pork fillet
portobello mushrooms
parma ham or serrano ham
puff pastry
english mustard
olive oil
eggs
salt
black pepper
First sear the pork fillet and leave it aside
Blend and cook the mushrooms to evaporate the water
Roll out the puff pastry, make a bed with the parma ham and spread the mushrooms paste on top. Massage the meat with mustard and place it on top of the mushrooms
Close everything with the puff pastry and seal well.
Make a hole in the middle to let the steam out.
Bake it for 45/50 minutes at 180°
...I hope you enjoy
see you soon...
