Today, I had two very different pork dishes—
one as a customer, and one as a cook serving others.
For lunch, I had crispy pork belly bites.
It came with a sticky Asian-style sauce
and a fresh salad on the side.
The pork was crispy on the outside,
soft and chewy inside—
rich, sweet, and really satisfying.
Honestly, it was one of those meals you remember.
For dinner at the restaurant,
I served a pork steak dish to customers.
It served with:
A simple but balanced combination
that pairs perfectly with pork.
If I had to choose between the two…
I’d still go with the Asian-style pork belly.
Something about that flavor
just hits differently.
As expected—
Koreans really don’t resist pork belly 😄
