Hi bloggers and food lovers, what’s on your dinner menu today? Today I’m going to share a savory and delicious idea for a dinner or light snack. It’s made with potatoes and isn’t fried. Potatoes with cheese then smashed them. Okay, let’s get right to it
Ingredients:
200 grams of potatoes
tomato sauce
sliced cheese
cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
water
corn
5 beef meatballs
olive oil
oregano
Instructions:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water
Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil
Once it starts boiling, add the potatoes to the pot
Add salt to the boiling water
Boil until the potatoes are tender
Once tender, drain the potato water
Prepare a baking tray and line it with parchment paper
Place grated cheddar cheese on the tray
Place the potatoes on top of the cheese
Press the potatoes flat and thin with a spoon or glass
Brush olive oil over the potatoes
Spread tomato sauce on top
Add sliced cheese, corn and sliced beef meatballs on top
Sprinkle oregano on top
Bake the potatoes in the oven at 200°C until they turn golden brown and start to dry out for 30 minutes
