It's almost chocolate candy! If you cook them in curly shapes, and then beautifully pack, you get a great gift.

Ingredients

  • 1 tile of dark chocolate or ¾ cup chocolate drops;
  • ¼ cup of water;
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin;
  • 1 cup of milk (you can use coconut);
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • a few leaves of fresh mint.

Preparation

Break the tile of chocolate into very small pieces and set it aside, leave the drops as is. Dissolve the thickener in water. In a small saucepan, pour the milk and heat it over low heat. Add the diluted thickener, honey and mint. Stir 3-4 minutes until you achieve a homogeneous consistency.

Strain the resulting mixture through a fine sieve or gauze and add the chocolate. Stir. Distribute the molds and put in the fridge to marmalade froze.
