Hello bloggers and food lovers! How are you? I hope you’re having a great day. Today I’m going to share a recipe for a chewy and sweet jelly. The jelly I’m using is made from powdered seaweed extract, and it’s quite easy and simple to make. It's shaped like a colorful rose, so cute. Okay, let’s get started
Ingredients :
2 packets of jelly powder
1 packet of agar-agar powder
8 tbsp granulated sugar
1L milk
700ml water
food coloring
instructions :
Add 1 packet of jelly powder and 1 packet of agar-agar powder to a pan
Add 5 tbsp granulated sugar
Add 1L milk
Stir until well combined
Turn on the heat and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil
Divide the mixture into 5 portions (or to taste)
Add food coloring and stir until the color mix well
Pour the agar-agar mixture into rose-shaped molds
Do the same thing until the solution is done
Let it set, then chill in the refrigerator
While waiting for the agar-agar to set, prepare the clear jelly mixture
Add 1 packet of jelly powder to a pan
Add 3 tbsp of sugar and 700 ml of water to the pan
Stir until the sugar dissolves, then turn on the heat
Stir the jelly mixture continuously until it comes to a boil
Remove the colorful rose-shaped agar-agar we made earlier
Turn off the heat, then pour a small amount of the jelly mixture into a larger jelly mold until the flower pattern is covered
