Hello! Today I am here with two simple recipes Chicken Shaami Kabab and Chicken Veggies Spring roll. Which can be used as frozen item for snacking amd with tea. Here are the following steps:
Ingredients For Shaami Kabab
500g boneless chicken
1 cup chana dal (soak the daal for 1 hour)
1 medium onion, chopped
garlic cloves accordingly max 4-5
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste (you can also used packet shaami kabab masala)
Egg if used in the mixture no need of coating while frying.
Method
Cook the Mixture
Add chicken, soaked chana dal, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, spices, salt, all together in pressure cooker or a pot and add water to it accordingly.
Cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and the water has completely dried.
Grind or mix
Allow the mixture to cool.
Blend or mince until smooth to make fine patties.
Shape the Kebabs.
Shape into small round patties. And coating of egg if not used while mixing
Fry
Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Shallow-fry the kebabs on both sides until golden brown and aromatic.
Ingredients for Spring Roll
250g boneless chicken shredd them once boiled
1 cup cabbage (finely shredded)
1 medium carrot (julienned)
½ cup capsicum (thinly sliced)
2 spring onions (chopped)
2 tbsp soy sauce and vinegar according to taste
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Spring roll wrappers
2 tbsp flour mixed with 3 tbsp water it helps for binding them neatly and be careful to seperate sheet without breaking them
Oil for frying
Method
Prepare the Filling
Heat some oil in a pan.
Add shredded chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the vegetables cabbage, carrot, capsicum, and spring onions you van also add boiled spaghettis
Cook on high heat for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well and let the filling cool completely.
Roll the Spring Rolls
Place a spring roll wrapper in a diamond shape.
Add 2–3 tablespoons of filling near one corner.
Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in the sides.
Roll tightly and seal the edge with the flour paste you've made
Fry
Heat oil over medium heat.
Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve with tea and enjoy
