• Olive oil

• smoked bacon 150gr

• Cream 200ml

• Parmesan cheese 50gr

• Gorgonzola cheese 20gr

Boil water in a pot.

Pour the cream into the pan.

When the cream is lukewarm, add the cheese.

When the water boils, add the gnocchi.

Add the salt to the water.
