400 Gram of beef.

How To Make :
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut meat like a cube. Then cut the onion into 4 parts. Set aside.
Turn on the stove, put enough olive oil into the pressure cooker.
Add the garlic, onions, and meat and leave until the meat is brownish.
Add wine, tomato pieces, tomato paste, hot water, soy sauce, and bay leaves.
Stir well and cook for 1/2 hour or until the meat is tender.
Add carrots, celery leaves, salt, sugar, cinnamon powder, and pepper to taste. Cook 5 minutes with low heat.
