This incredibly simple recipe is associated with me with feasts from a distant childhood. The smell of toast, rubbed with garlic, together with sprats are incomparable. This snack, despite its simplicity, will always be in place at your table!
Ingredients:
Bread 4 slice.
Eggs - 2 pcs (hard boiled)
Sprats - 1 bath.
Clove of garlic - 2 pcs
Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
Cucumber - 1 pc
Cooking:
Bread is cut into triangular slices no more than 8 mm thick, then fried on both sides in olive oil.
Hot fried toast on both sides rubbed with garlic and greased with a small amount of sour cream.
Eggs clean and rub on a small grater separately yolk and eggwhite. We lay out on one half of bread - yolk, and on another half - eggwhite
Lay out top of each toasts 1 or 2 sprats. If desired, you can put the cucumber cuted into rings and decorate with greens
That's all, a simple, but juicy and fragrant snack is ready;)
