1 pizca / 1 pinchClavo de olor molido / Ground cloves
1/4 cdta / 1/4 tspPimienta cayena / Cayenne pepper
3 gotas / 3 dropsJugo de lim贸n / Lemon juice

Procedimiento / Procedure

The first thing we'll do is prepare our Tikka Masala blend. To do this, in a small bowl, we'll combine all the ground spices with a few drops of lemon juice to add the citrusy aroma that the original recipe calls for thanks to the cardamom鈥攚hich, unfortunately, I don't have at home.

Next, heat a tablespoon of oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken pieces for seven minutes. Then add half of the homemade masala and half a cup of water. Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to medium-low, and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Once the cooking time is up, uncover the skillet, turn up the heat to evaporate the remaining liquid and create a thick paste. At that point, remove it from the heat and set aside on a plate.

To continue cooking, add the other tablespoon of oil to the same skillet along with the juices left over from the chicken, and saut茅 the onion, paprika, and carrot until the carrot is tender.

Once the carrots are ready, add the 4 cups of cold cooked rice, the soy sauce, one more tablespoon of oil, and the rest of the spice mixture, then turn the heat up to high. Saut茅 for 3 minutes so the rice absorbs all the flavor and color from the seasonings, and once the rice is golden brown, return the chicken to the skillet. Mix everything together thoroughly to combine all the flavors, and you鈥檙e done. You now have a delicious Tikka Masala-style chicken stir-fry with rice.

The result? A fantastic stir-fried rice with chiken, featuring an exotic aroma that will fill your entire kitchen and chicken bones with meat that melts in your mouth. A true delight to break the weekend routine!
