Aceh noodle is quite famous outside aceh and the price is pretty cheap. In Aceh, there are various kinds of content, such as crab noodles, oyster noodles, meat noodles, shrimp noodles, and mushroom noodles.
There are also some Acehnese mix jengkol into the noodles, the way of making the same no difference, it's just fried noodles wet or fried noodles dry.
