Smoky Minced Meat with Green Chillies & Bell Peppers 🍲✨
Hello all Bloggers
Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Long Green Bean and Potato Curry, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback.
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Slow-Steamed Minced Meat with Green Chillies & Bell Peppers.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Minced Meat ( 300 grams )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 100 grams )
- Ginger-Garlic Paste ( 3 sp )
- Tomato ( 20 grams )
- Potatoes ( 300 grams )
- Bell pepper ( 300 grams )
- Ground Red Chili, Salt, Chili Flexes & Turmeric ( according to taste )
- Green Chillies ( 2 or 3 )
Process
Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.
So, first I put the minced meat into a pot, added oil, and fried it until its color changed; then, I added finely chopped onion to it.
Then, I added ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes.
After that, I added the ground spices—including salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and crushed red chili—and roasted the spices thoroughly.
Next, I added whole green chilies, followed by the vegetables—specifically potatoes and capsicum.
After adding them, I steamed the mixture for a while and then left it to cook over low heat.
After about 15 minutes, when I removed the steam, you could see that the vegetables were thoroughly cooked and the spices had fully infused; so, my recipe for today is now completely ready.
The result is a hearty, spicy and flavour-packed Masalaydar Aloo Qeema with Green Chillies & Bell Peppers — simple ingredients, but such a satisfying homemade taste.
This dish turned out absolutely delicious and full of desi flavours!
Final Look:
The minced meat was first fried to bring out that rich, savoury taste, then roasted with fresh green spices and aromatic ground spices.
Potatoes and bell peppers were added and gently steamed on low heat, allowing everything to cook together beautifully.
I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
