Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Creamy Layered Vermicelli & Khoya Dessert, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback.
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Qeema Bharay Karelе .
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Minced Meat ( 500 grams )
  • Oil ( 1 cup )
  • Bitter Gourd ( 700 grams )
  • Yogurt ( 1 cup )
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste ( 3 sp )
  • Tomato ( 40 grams )
  • Ground Red Chili, Salt & Turmeric ( according to taste )
  • Hot spice, Ground black pepper, Coriander and Cumin powder ( 1 tbsp )
  • Crushed Green Chillies ( 2 sp )
  • Fresh Coriander & Mint Leaves ( handful )

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So, first I took some cooking oil in a pot. Once it had heated up a little, I added the minced meat and fried it for a while.
When its color changed, I added the ginger-garlic paste.

Next, I added ground spices to it, which included salt, chili, turmeric, coriander powder & cumin powder, and black pepper.
Added tomatoes and green chilies, and cooked it for a while.

Then, I added yogurt and left it to simmer (covered) for a while, so that the minced meat would cook thoroughly and all the spices would be well absorbed into it.

Finally, I sprinkled garam masala, green chilies, fresh coriander, and mint over it; the qeema (minced meat) is now completely ready—now it’s time for the bitter gourds.

Next, I took the bitter gourds, washed them thoroughly, and scraped their outer surface.
I then rubbed them with salt and set them aside for a while.
Once the skin had softened, I made a small cut in the middle and removed the seeds from the inside.
I prepared all the bitter gourds in this way.

I then stuffed them with the roasted minced meat and wrapped thread around them so that the mince wouldn't spill out while frying.

Next, I heated some cooking oil in a pan and fried the bitter gourds.
Keep in mind that they should be fried over a medium flame so that they are cooked thoroughly all the way through.
Once fried, remove the thread; your qeema-stuffed bitter gourds are now completely ready.

The savoury, spicy filling complements the distinctive taste of bitter gourd, creating a delicious balance of flavours in every bite.
A classic desi dish made with patience, love and the kind of homemade goodness that makes even simple ingredients feel special.

Final Look:

These golden-fried, spiced minced meat–stuffed bitter gourds are a beautiful example of traditional homemade cooking with a flavourful twist. 💚
The bitter gourds are carefully filled with minced meat, first roasted with aromatic green spices and ground spices, then fried until they develop a rich, deep-brown colour and an appetising texture.

I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
