Here we have it, the final doughnut from Krispy Kreme that they brought out for Christmas this year.

Of course Krispy Kreme had to add a ring donut to their Festive menu. It doesn't matter what holiday of the year, there's always a ringed one. Normally the Christmas ring donut it pretty boring. It's normally an Original Glazed with chocolate icing and festive 100's and 1000's. I was pleased to see some effort made. You definitely can't go wrong with an original glazed and the white icing on top was so smooth and it had a lovely sweetness to it. I liked the brown iced dots for the body of the snowman and the eyes and nose is just too cute!
Glad to see this wasn't just a ringed doughnut with 100's and 1000's because that is really lame. This was a nice addition to the festive doughnuts, but I really would have appreciated something more exciting and inventive. I think they need to put me on the manufacturing team!
