Cake with plums and apples

Ingredients

• 3 eggs;
• 200 g + 2 teaspoons of sugar;
• 200 g of sifted flour;
• a pinch of salt;
• 1 teaspoon baking powder;
• pinch of vanillin;
• 3 medium sized apples;
• 300 g of plum;
• 1 teaspoon of butter.
  
  

Preparation

Whisk the eggs with a whisk or a mixer. Add 200 g of sugar and mix again. Continue to beat, pour in flour, salt, baking powder and vanillin. You should get a liquid and homogeneous dough.

Cut apples into large pieces. Cut the plums in half and take out the bones. Lubricate the baking dish with melted butter and put apples and plums there.

Sprinkle with the remaining sugar, mix and pour over the dough. Bake cake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
