Hi bloggers and food lovers, happy weekend! What are you cooking today? Today I'm going to share a simple and quick recipe to fill your weekend. The savory, sweet, and spicy flavors make for a delicious side dish. The ingredients are easy to find, and it's quick to cook. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
1 egg tofu
1 pack of enoki mushrooms
2 tablespoons cornstarch
vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon salted soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
100 ml water
2 red chilies
half a spring onion
butter
Steps:
Clean the ingredients and chop the chilies and spring onion, then set aside.
Cut the egg tofu to your liking. I cut it into 10 pieces.
Coat with cornstarch.
Fry in hot oil and do not flip too often or the egg tofu will break apart.
Once cooked and browned, remove and drain.
Prepare a bowl and add sweet soy sauce, salted soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, garlic powder, white pepper, and black pepper, then add water.
Stir until well mixed and set aside.
Sauté the enoki mushrooms briefly with a little butter until they release water.
Add the fried egg tofu.
Pour the sauce that was made earlier over it.
When it starts to boil, add the chopped chili and spring onion.
Cook over low heat for about 7 minutes to allow the sauce to absorb.
Turn off the heat and serve with warm rice.
