Hi bloggers and food lovers. Lately, I've been enjoying trying out easy cookie recipes and making use of the ingredients I have. Today, I made a sweet snack that's crunchy and crispy. Let's get started.
Ingredients:
250 grams of dark chocolate compound
40 grams of cocoa powder
chocolate chips
230 ml of vegetable oil
4 eggs
300 grams of caster sugar
250 grams of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
chopped peanuts for topping
Steps:
Melt the chocolate compound and oil over boiling water.
Set aside.
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla essence.
Beat with a mixer until mixed.
Then add the wheat flour, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, chocolate chips, and melted chocolate.
Stir with a whisk.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag and shape into rounds like this. I made two versions: round and square like this.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top square shape.
Bake in the oven at 302°F for 20 minutes.
For the square shape, cut into small pieces with a knife immediately after removing from the oven.
