Hi bloggers and food lovers! Today I want to share a spicy, savory, aromatic, and simple lunch recipe. It’s made with rice and crabsticks, inspired by delicious Japanese cuisine. It's a simple lunch and easy to make. Let’s get started!
Ingredients:
- 5 crabsticks
- 100 grams cooked rice
- mayonnaise
- hot sauce
- chopped green onions
- nori
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- cheese (optional)
Steps:
Boil the crabsticks in boiling water for 5 minutes
Remove and drain
Slice the crabsticks lengthwise
Place them in a bowl
- Add mayonnaise and chili sauce
Add chopped green onions
Add a pinch of salt
Stir until well combined
Set aside
- Take cooked rice and place it in a bowl then add sesame oil and sprinkle with nori
- Stir until well combined and place the rice in a heat-resistant container
- Add the crabsticks on top, then cover with more rice
- Place another layer of crabsticks on top of the rice
- Mix mayonnaise and chili sauce on a plate
- Then add the spicy sauce and mayonnaise mixture
- Sprinkle with nori and grated cheese
- Place in the oven and bake at 150°C for 20 minutes
- Turn off the heat and serve warm
- Baked crabstick sushi is ready to enjoy with toasted nori
