Something creamy and soft is definitely delicious to eat during dinner with the family. A special dish with a flavor that combines so many flavors in one bowl.

Cheesy Roasted Broccoli and Potatoes

Broccoli combined with baked cheese potatoes is a broccoli dish made with premium ingredients, in my opinion. The mixture of potatoes, cheese, and milk gives it an extraordinary flavor. It may look ordinary, but this is our luxurious dish when celebrating togetherness with my husband. He loves dishes with high protein, which are always his favorite, especially when there is meat in them.

No one will refuse this dish, especially my nieces and nephews. They love it so much, probably because of its creamy texture or the rich taste of milk and cheese. Here is the complete recipe. Follow the preparation steps carefully.

Ingredients

2 potatoes
200 grams of broccoli

3 slices of cheese
100 grams of ground beef
1 onion
1 tablespoon of butter
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of ground pepper
50 grams of grated cheese

Preparation

Boil the potatoes until tender, then remove and mash them, setting them aside for now.

Serving Suggestions

Serve while warm or at room temperature—both are delicious, in my opinion. Serve by scooping directly into serving bowls. This dish can usually be enjoyed by 3 to 5 people because the portions are super large, so don't worry about there not being enough. In addition, a complete dish like this makes us feel full quickly, so a small portion per person is enough, in my opinion.

The color is vibrant, and the flavor is savory with a hint of sweetness from the broccoli and sweet potatoes, which are naturally delicious. Even though it’s not spicy, I really like it because the high-quality ingredients result in such a delicious final product, in my opinion.
