They make non-vegan bread, again I want to replace all the ingredients without using animal ingredients. The initiative to experiment with making bread without eggs without milk so that it will keep it soft. I was hesitant at first, but I was sure it would be a beautiful and delicious orange bread.

Yeay, tara!!! The orange bread is ready to be served. Serve the bread with the dragon fruit peel jam in my previous post. Just look at the beautiful color, I'm so happy that the bread is perfectly fluffy. I've made banana bread before but it didn't rise like this. And today I got a suprise from this orange bread. It rose perfectly and the texture was very soft like the bread I bought at the supermarket.

The aroma of orange is very distinctive, even the most I like the color is really beautiful. The combination of the bread with yesterday's dragon fruit peel jam really added a great sensation. The sweetness went perfectly with the bread.

Perfect for breakfast in the morning, I store the bread in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge. Because the yield was so much and I couldn't possibly eat it all in one day. I get about 10 slices of bread and this is enough for the next few days. In fact, yesterday I brought home some of the bread to my mom's house. And she said it was very good, the bread was soft and tender and not hard at all.
