Initially, I was hesitant to try a different recipe than I usually serve at home. But who would have thought that the difference in cooking styles with different recipes would make my appetite increase. Tempeh with a combination of long beans is indeed very often I bring to the kitchen. However, I have never used tempeh as a ground spice in dishes. Starting from this, it turns out that new things are not always bad, but sometimes it's the opposite. But if the worst happens in your life even when you try, believe me, it is the beginning of a beautiful future.

Cooking is a joy in me, how did it happen? Because I am a lover of various cuisines. Regarding food, I really don't need to choose it, whatever kind it is for me, it's very delicious! As I said above, Today I will try one of the new recipes that I found on social media some time ago. This recipe was viral in its time, but gradually now many dishes are more respected. So that this dish is gradually being forgotten. Because some time ago I bought quite a lot of tempeh. So I took the initiative to make long bean tempeh curry seasoning.

In preparing the ingredients needed for cooking, make sure the ingredients you use are fresh. Especially tempeh, here I use freshly purchased tempeh so the quality is still very good.

Serve on your plate with white rice, or you can enjoy it straight away. I usually eat a dish like this with warm white rice, the impression will be different and more delicious. The good comment I received from my friend, he said it's delicious. This dish is like a beef curry spiced curry, which blends perfectly with the spices and long beans. The savory, creamy taste of the sauce which is formed from a combination of spices and tempeh this time is perfect.
