Step 5 I also added ground pepper, to enhance and strengthen the spicy taste of this menu, so if you are not a spicy lover then you don't need to add pepper.

Step 6 Then stir again the dough that has been mixed with all the ingredients, now you have to make sure the dough is thick, if the flour dough is too liquid this will greatly affect the texture of the food when it is fried later.

Step 7 After making sure the texture of the dough is right, you can print the dough into a mold, here I print it using a sauce ladle, or fry it directly without using a mold.

A few tips for you the use of salt and sugar greatly affects the taste of the food served. The purpose of using salt in this menu is to increase the savory taste in fried or stir-fried food dishes, while granulated sugar can affect the taste of this dish. The addition of granulated sugar can replace the use of powdered broth or flavoring.

Serving Method

Here I cook this flour fried vegetable menu in 2 textures, namely;

First I made a menu with a crisp and crunchy texture using a mold, I served it by adding whole cayenne pepper on top of this food and a little touch of celery leaves that I chopped finely, I sprinkled on the whole to make it look attractive and when bitten it was very tasty, and add a sensation of fresh taste from the chili and celery leaves. Serve with chili soy sauce earlier, you can dip this cake into the sauce.

The second I serve with a soft texture, without using a mold, this is perfect for those of you who don't like crunchy food.

The taste of the crunchy and soft texture, both are very delicious, the sensation of the vegetable taste that is highlighted from this menu adds its own delicacy. You know this menu is my family's favorite menu, served and while hot. We spent only a few moments. From the recipe menu, I got 20 pieces of this cake.
