Ravani is a delicious syrupy traditional Greek dessert, with an amazing texture, flavor and smell! This is an old family (mouthwatering)recipe, that my dad used to make in summer.
I really love this dreamy sweet semolina cake, called ravani or revani.I made it before two days, in my name day and all the pieces gone at the same day!It is fluffy, moist, light, with a delicate aroma and suits perfect with ice cream!
