I remember when I was in school we were given a daily pot of milk, I refrigerated them and on weekends I always made this sweet that for me is too rich. I tell you that with just a few ingredients we can make this dulce de leche. You can also make liquid milk or powdered milk. I show you how to prepare it

Siempre hay momentos y sabores que nos devuelven a la infancia; eso es lo que siento con esta receta de dulce de leche cortada. Recuerdo cuando estaba en escuela nos daban diariamente un pote de leche, yo los refrigerada y el fin de semana siempre realizaba este dulce que para mí es demasiado rico. Les cuento que con pocos ingredientes podemos realizar este dulce de leche. Además puedes realizar leche líquida o leche en polvo. Te muestro su preparación.

9 spoonfuls of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 lemon
Vanilla to taste

Lo primero que realice fue transformar la leche en polvo en líquida, para ello utilice 1 litro de agua y batí con un batidor de mano, hasta no tener ningún grumo.

Then add the 9 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla to taste and the cinnamon stick.

Después coloque las 9 cucharadas de azúcar, vainilla al gusto y coloque la canela en palo

Llevo a cocción a fuego medio y al hervir, procedí a cortar el limón y coloque encima el zumo de limón.

Una vez que colocamos el zumo de limón, se corta automáticamente la leche y se deja a cocción de igual manera a fuego medio y removiendo constantemente.
