So continuing on my theme of things that I learned during COVID-19 quarentine that I plan to continue is more creative cooking. Below is salmon that I pan seared then added a mushroom cream sauce, very heavy in black pepper. Paired awesome with the oily fish and other than a little butter, quite healthy too I might add :)
