Saludos queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, encantada de estar de nuevo con ustedes. El día de hoy les traigo una deliciosa receta y a mi me encanta; es una ensalada de atún. Es practica, sencilla y fácil de realizar. Siguiendo estos simples pasos puedes hacerla en casa. A continuación te muestro el paso a paso.
Greetings dear Foodies Bee Hive friends, delighted to be with you again. Today I bring you a delicious recipe and I love it; it's a tuna salad. It is practical, simple and easy to do. By following these simple steps you can do it at home. Below I show you the step by step.
Ingredientes:
1 lata de atún pequeña
3 papas
1 zanahoria
1/4 de cebolla
2 cucharadas de mayonesa
Perejil
Sal
Ingredients:
1 small can of tuna
3 potatoes
1 carrot
1/4 onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Parsley
Salt
Preparación:
Preparation:
Colocamos una olla con agua al fuego, añadimos las papas y la zanahoria. Cuando esten suaves retiramos del fuego.
We put a pot of water on the fire, add the potatoes and the carrot. When they are soft, we remove from the heat.
Luego cortamos la cebolla, el perejil, las papas y la zanahoria. Abrimos la lata de atún.
Then we cut the onion, parsley, potatoes and carrot. We open the can of tuna.
Seguidamente añadimos las papas y la zanahoria en un envase, luego la cebolla y el perejil, seguidamente el atún, la sal y la mayonesa. Removemos hasta integrar todos los ingredientes.
Then we add the potatoes and the carrot in a container, then the onion and parsley, then the tuna, the salt and the mayonnaise. We stir until all the ingredients are integrated.
