Feliz noche amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, está noche quiero compartir el paso a paso de una deliciosa pizza de calabacín, es fácil de preparar y me encanta cambiar la masa de pizza por vegetales, es una manera fácil de comer más vegetales y comida saludable.

Happy night friends of Foodies Bee Hive, tonight I want to share the step by step of a delicious zucchini pizza, it's easy to prepare and I love changing the pizza dough for vegetables, it's an easy way to eat more vegetables and healthy food.

Para preparar está pizza necesitamos:

• 1 calabacín.
• 2 huevos.
• sal.
• pasta de tomate.
• cebolla.
• pimentón.
• queso.
• jamón.

To prepare this pizza we need:

• 1 zucchini.
• 2 eggs.
• Salt.
• Tomato paste.
• onion.
• peppers.
• cheese.
• ham.

Comenzamos lavando el calabacín y lo vamos a rallar no muy fino no tan grueso.

We start by washing the zucchini and we are going to grate it, not very finely, not so thick.

Una vez tenemos el calabacín rallado vamos a colocar los dos huevos.

Once we have the grated zucchini we are going to place the two eggs.

Por último vamos a agregar un poco de sal y mezclamos bien.

Finally we are going to add a little salt and mix well.

Así queda la mezcla del calabacín y el huevo. Con esta mezcla haremos nuestra base de nuestra pizza.

This is the mixture of zucchini and egg. With this mixture we will make our base for our pizza.

En un sartén caliente vamos a esparcir la mezcla del calabacín y vamos a dejar que se cocine bien y luego la volteamos para que se cocine del otro lado.

In a hot pan we are going to spread the zucchini mixture and we are going to let it cook well and then we turn it over so that it cooks on the other side.

Luego de ya tener la base de la pizza lista vamos a colocar pasta de tomate y la vamos a colocar bien por toda la base de la pizza.

After we already have the base of the pizza ready, we are going to place tomato paste and we are going to place it well throughout the base of the pizza.

Yo use queso blanco, lo ralle y lo coloque por toda la pizza.

I used white cheese, grated it and spread it all over the pizza.

Agregue cebolla y pimentón que corte finamente.

Add onion and paprika that you cut finely.

Por último agregamos el jamón cortado en cuadros. Y tapamos por aproximadamente 5 minutos y ya la pizza está lista.

Finally we add the ham cut into squares. And we cover for approximately 5 minutes and the pizza is ready.
