So this morning I've seen allasyummyfood@allasyummyfood's https://steemit.com/food/@allasyummyfood/potato-cutlets-with-cheese post and decided I really have to have something similar to that this evening.

So here it goes.
I followed the instructions regarding quantities and added some of the things I've grown in the greenhouse. Because my chive plant needed a haircut I've added some to the potato mix to give it a greenish tinge, potatoes love chives btw. I've took little balls of soft gorgonzola and trashed them around grated mozzarella, covered their modesty with some radish micros for spiciness and colour. 20170601_161451.jpg
Balled them up, pressed them down and I let them to chill for a bit while I got the mains prepped.

Needed some more stuff from the garden so I went for a little raid.

Went for a couple of tasty lamb leg slices for mains; knowing that they love being massaged with garlic and rosemary, I've done that for them and then added some oil, salt and pepper for good measure. 20170601_175306.jpg

The lamb needs some time to come up to room temperature and soak the flavours, so I made a little salad.

Now we're ready to start. Got two pans heating up, the one for the lamb needs to be as hot as possible.
I poured some oil in the other pan and quickly fried the potato cakes just like Alla has described.

There's no need to add oil to the lamb pan. Dropped the lamb in, couple of minutes on each side, took it out and left it on a board to rest.

That's about it.
If there are any doubts, yes, it was delicious.

Thanks for the idea allasyummyfood@allasyummyfood.

Cheers
