These Potato Pancakes make some nice childhood memories come true in my mind since my mother and father often prepared them as a food for me. I decided to give it a try and also prepare some for me. They really tasted great and I was happy about the outcome. It is pretty easy to make some potatoe pancakes you only need
- Potatoes
- Onions
- Eggs
- flour
- plant oil for the pan
you need to grate the potatoes into small stripes and cut the onios. Mix all the Ingredients except the oil and then heat the oil in the pan.
