75 grams Flour
70 grams Self Raising Flour
2 tablespoon Chocolate Powder
170 grams Refined Sugar
125 grams Butter
65 grams Dried Coconuts
2 Eggs
Beaten eggs till white and add in flour, chocolate powder, refined sugar and dried coconuts, last add in melted butter and stir well.
Prepare grease baking pan 25x30x4cm that already lined baker paper and pour the batter, bake about 30 minutes in 180C degree till cooked and done, cooling down.
Filling: Heat lemon juice and apricot jam, smearing ontop the cake.
Glaze: Melted Butter, dark cooking chocolate and cream, pour ontop it and garnish with white cooking chocolate to make marble effect, let it cold and ready to slice.
