2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
100 grams Butter, softened
35 grams Sugar
5 Eggs
500 grams Sugar
75 grams Flour
Lemon Juice from 2 Lemon
Refined Sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix all 1 st layer ingredients and press mixture on to greased baking pan, bake for 15- 20 minutes.
Beat eggs, sugar till white, add in flour and lemon juice. Pour the dough in to bake graham crackers and bake again about 20-25 minutes till golden brownie.
Cooling down the cake, when cold enough cut into squares and dust with refined sugar.
