Feliz noche amigos de planta Power(vegan) hoy esta cumpliendo a帽os mi nieta y su otra abuela nos invit贸 a su cumplea帽os as铆 que me puse a preparar unas ricas berenjenas guisadas que gustan mucho, as铆 que cuando hay reuni贸n familiar yo las preparo y las llevo para compartir y de vez en cuando se las preparo a mi mam谩 que le gusta tenerla en la nevera para hacer empanadas asadas porque a ella no le gustan fritas.
Sin m谩s paso a los Ingredientes y al paso a paso.

馃崋 2 cucharadas de salsa de soya
馃崋 2 onions(one medium and one small )
馃崋 A bunch of chives
馃崋 1 celery sprig
馃崋 A sprig of cilantro
馃崋 8 chili peppers
馃崋 Salt to taste
馃崋 Turmeric to taste
馃崋 Curry to taste
馃崋 Oil (quantity needed)
馃崋 1 kilo and a half of eggplants

馃崋 2 tablespoons soy sauce
馃崋 Comienzo por lavar muy bien todos los ingredientes para eliminar impurezas.
En un envase echo agua y le echo sal, pele las berenjenas y las pique en cuadritos peque帽os y las met铆 en el agua con sal para que boten el amargo y las dejo as铆 hasta que pique los otros ingredientes.

馃崋 Puse un bowl a la candela y le agregue aceite, cuando estubo caliente le agregue los ali帽os, el curry, la c煤rcuma, las hojas de laurel, media cucharadita de sal, mezcle bien.

馃崋 Cuando estuvieron bien sofrito los ali帽os escurr铆 bien la berenjena y la eche en el bowl con los otros ingredientes y las 2 cucharadas de salsa de soya, mezcle bien y tape para que se fuera cocinando con el l铆quido que van soltando las berenjenas mezclando de vez en cuando, la tape y a los 15 minutos le agregue medio vaso de agua, espere que hirviera, rectifique el sabor deje cocinar 10 minutos m谩s y listo.
馃崋 When the seasonings were well saut茅ed, drain the eggplant well and put it in the bowl with the other ingredients and the 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, mix well and cover to cook with the liquid that the eggplants are releasing, mixing from time to time, cover and after 15 minutes add half a glass of water, wait for it to boil, rectify the flavor and let it cook for 10 more minutes and it's ready.
Se puede acompa帽ar con pan, galleta o casabe, tambi茅n lo puede comer acompa帽ado de pasta, arroz o para rellenar la arepa o de la manera que ustedes prefieran.
