Good evening, friends of this wonderful community. Today I didn't feel much like cooking, but I did want to prepare something simple and tasty for my family because they all work hard and deserve a delicious lunch. So I checked the fridge and saw some sausages and decided to cook them and serve them with noodles.
So I started cooking and became very enthusiastic as I went along. Here are the ingredients and step-by-step instructions.

STEWED SAUSAGES WITH NOODLES

INGREDIENTS

3 sausages
1/2 onion
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 tomato
A few spring onion leaves
1 carrot
4 cloves of garlic
Tomato sauce
3 tablespoons of salt
1 tablespoon of curry powder
1 tablespoon of ground seasoning
1 tablespoon of red garlic
2 litres of boiling water
400 grams of tagliatelle
Mayonnaise and ketchup (optional)

PROCEDURE

Start by washing all the ingredients thoroughly to remove any impurities, peel the garlic, half the onion, half the tomato and the carrot.
Then take a grater and grate the carrot, onion, tomato, garlic cloves and paprika (grate everything using the largest side of the grater) and chop the spring onion leaves into small pieces. When everything was ready, I chopped the sausages into small slices and set them aside.

I put a pot on the heat with 2 litres of boiling water and 2 tablespoons of salt, mixed well, added 2 tablespoons of oil and 400 grams of tagliatelle, and left it to cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork to prevent it from sticking.

At the same time, I put a pan on the heat with enough oil to cover the bottom and when it was hot, I added the sausages to fry them well, stirring them occasionally with a spoon so they wouldn't burn. When they were fried, I added the other ingredients (carrot, paprika, onion, garlic, tomato and spring onion), mixing well, and then added the salt, curry powder, seasoning and red chilli pepper. Mix well and leave to cook for about 10 minutes so that the flavours concentrate well.

As the noodles were ready, I turned off the heat and drained them to remove all the water. I then added mayonnaise and ketchup because my family loves noodles with pink sauce, but this is optional.

I checked the sausages again and, as they were almost dry, I added a little boiling water, the tomato sauce and a little salt. I mixed it all together well, covered it and left it to cook for 5 minutes, and that was it.
I served the tagliatelle and topped it with the stewed sausages, mixing mine in with the tagliatelle.

PROCEDIMIENTO
