Las planchas son de los ejercicios más exigentes que según mi resistencia podría realizar, se requiere de fuerza en los brazos y casi que se podría decir que la falta de fuerza en los brazos es mi talón de Aquiles. Sin embargo, nada me detiene en mi cometido de mantenerme en forma y perder algunas libras, así que me prepare mentalmente dándome ánimos y me dispuse a realizar esta rutina.
Planks are one of the most demanding exercises that according to my stamina I could perform, it requires arm strength and you could almost say that my lack of arm strength is my Achilles heel. However, nothing stops me in my mission to stay in shape and lose a few pounds, so I prepared myself mentally giving me encouragement and I set out to perform this routine.
La ejecute en bloques de 3 series de 10 repeticiones para cada ejercicio, y créanme que fue una rutina de las más exigentes que he realizado. Agradezco a la comunidad
