You may have noticed that I combined two of my favorite techniques which are crochet and porcelanicron and I am super happy with the result. It's cute, flirty and eye-catching, three elements that go very well together when it comes to accessories for girls.

Habrán notado que combiné dos de mis técnicas favoritas que son el crochet y el porcelanicron y estoy súper contenta con el resultado. Es tierno, coqueto y llamativo, tres elementos que van muy bien juntos cuando se trata de accesorios para niñas.

I'll share with you the details. First I worked on the porcelanicrón figures, as they need a minimum of 24 hours to be completely dry so I could use them with greater certainty that they would not break when handled. I prepared the colors I was going to use and as always, I worked separating the amounts of porcelanicrón in equal parts to keep the symmetry. This is basic when we work in pairs.

Te comparto los detalles. Primero trabajé las figuras de porcelanicrón, pues necesitan un mínimo de 24 horas para estar completamente secas y así poder usarlas con mayor seguridad de que no se romperán al manipular las. Preparé los colores que iba a utilizar y como siempre, trabajé separando las cantidades de porcelanicrón en partes iguales para guardar la simetría. Esto es básico cuando trabajamos en pares.

Almost everything is made, but in the case of the ears, with the white dough, we make an oval shape, more elongated and narrower at the bottom. We make two slightly smaller shapes with the pink porcelanicrón for the inner part of the ears and we place each ear in its place using a little school glue.

Casi todo se elabora, pero en el caso de las orejas, con la masa blanca, elaboramos con forma oval, más alargada y angosta en la parte inferior. Realizamos dos formas un poco más pequeñas con el porcelanicrón color rosa para la parte interna de las orejas y colocamos cada oreja en su lugar utilizando un poco de pegamento escolar.

We made the eyes and the snout and a blue bow for one of the rabbits. The other bunny is on its back and is much simpler, we made the ears without the pink part and the paws are ovals with small pink details to simulate the paw print. We place a white pompom and that's it.

Elaboramos los ojos y el hocico y un moño azul para uno de los conejos. El otro conejo está de espalda y es mucho más sencillo, realizamos las orejas sin la parte rosa y las patas son óvalos con pequeños detalles rosa para simular la huella de las patas. Colocamos un pompón color blanco y listo.

Now it's time to work with crochet. We make a double flower. One bigger than the other and both will go super on. The smaller one is made on a circle of 12 single crochet stitches and the second one on a circle of 18 single crochet stitches. Both are started with a magic ring of 6 stitches and made in increments multiples of 6 until the required number of stitches is obtained. Now the petals. Pick up 3 chain stitches, 5 double crochet high stitches and 3 chains to close in the same stitch. We move to the next stitch and repeat the procedure. So on the whole round. The same for both flowers.

Es momento de trabajar con el crochet. Elaboramos una flor doble. Una más grande que la otra y ambas irán súper puestas. La más pequeña está hecha sobre un círculo de 12 puntos bajos y la segunda sobre un círculo de 18 puntos bajos. Ambos se empiezan con un anillo mágico de 6 puntos y se hacen aumentos múltiplos de 6 hasta obtener la cantidad de puntos requerida. Ahora los pétalos. Se levantan 3 puntos de cadena, 5 puntos altos doble y 3 cadenas para cerrar en el mismo punto. Pasamos al punto inmediato y repetimos el procedimiento. Así en toda la vuelta. Lo mismo para ambas flores.

I made four flowers. Two of each size and I combined the colors purple, lilac and light blue. At the end the flowers are glued one on top of the other and then to the elastic donut. With a white felt disk and silicone, secure the donut to the flower and glue the Easter bunny appliqués.
