3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped-divided into 2 parts).
Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt, fish sauce and coriander (sliced).
Instructions.
Marinade the beef with ginger, 1 part of garlic, fish sauce, salt and vegetable oil for about 15 minutes for soak up.
Heat vegetable oil in the frying-pan over high heat, add 1 part of garlic, fry well until goldenr. Then add the beef and quickly stir-fry well until has a little pink inside. Take out and set aside.
Heat leftover beef oil in the frying-pan, add pineapple and onion, stir-fry well until soft. Then add the beef and quickly stir-fry for a minute. Add coriander and sprinkle black pepper on top.
