Project - Distriator - Bug Fixes
Claim Value Bug - Fixed
- There was a bug & claim value was showing a big number
- We limited it toFixed up to 3 decimals
- This bug was pointed out by @starkerz
- It is fixed & deployed
How many times claimed?
- App was showing only how-much has claimed over last 2 weeks.
- Based on feedback from @starkerz, we also added total-count of claims
- It looks as follows after fixing the bug.
- It is fixed and deployed.
Improvements in Review Post
- We've added one more tag in the review post #spendtoearn
- Instead of showing business-hive-user-name, preview post will show business-display-name
- Business-Display-name will have a link to spend-hbd website.
- Link corrected from
hive-distrion.apptodistriator.com - Made one line for Rewards on preview-post. Example value -
Rewards Claimed: 8.25 HBD (27.5% of 30 HBD Payment) - JSON MetaData of the post is more informative & provides good insight.
Where are we?
- All of the above changes are fixed, tested & deployed.
- I did a quick round of testing & it looked fine to me.
What are other changes?
- Following improvements/bug-fixes are in progress
- Trusted Business Guides should be able to see business-revenue-graph
- Tapping on "Claimed in Last 2 weeks" should show - More Claims = Bigger discounts, First to 7 claims in this two week period gets Hive Dollar prizes
- Business Details - Info page empty - Instead of showing empty area, it should say work-time-not-found & no-business-notes.
- Business Details - Photos Grid - It should be tappable & it sholuld open Gallery Preview mode.
- Business Details - Review - In case if review has no photos, default add business photo as a review photo (past reviews which don't have photos)
- Business Details - Location - Tapping on Address / City / Country - should open up google maps in new tab
- Business Details - Guides - Guides tab should show up % of the commission that they are going to get for each claim-transaction on that business.
PRIORITY
- @jonsnow1983 reported couple of issues
- User @zonahive & user @bezkresu couldn't claim the rewards.
- I'm investigating the issue but it's already past 10 PM here.
- I'll continue my investigation tomorrow & try to fix this asap
- Once done, I'll inform @jonsnow1983 to resume testing.
- I may have to open-up the window for those 2 users so that they can claim.

- I support several contests hosted by different communities.
- I reward them with Hive-Power-up for the contribution that they have made on communities on Hive.
- We keep transferring portion of hive power to different users on Hive for encouraging them for their contribution on Hive.
- Those who respond to our replies, we also reward them with different tokens like ALIVE, PIZZA, BEER, LUV
- No power-ups were sent today.

- I'm running 12 powerful video encoder nodes for 3Speak Community Members.
- Monthly internet bandwidth usage which exceeds 15 TB, Maintenance cost, Electricity backup, Internet backup, Depreciation cost - it's all on me.
- On 2024-06-19, 3Speak published total 116 videos.
- My video encoder nodes encoded 99 videos from 116 videos published.
- It means, my encoder nodes encoded 85.34 % of total videos published on 2024-06-19
