Vintage American Pacific Mint ASE/Trade Silver Round

I have a number of American Pacific Mint silver rounds. I don't think I have shown you this one, although I may have taken a photo of it along with the others that I have shown.

Do I ever feel disorganized with my coins, rounds, and bars? What do you think? Of course!

Although I store all silver rounds in several boxes, US Mint coins and medals are in a special place, any world coins in black cases, the hand pours are in several wooden boxes, silver bars are together in several boxes, and miscellaneous silver is in one special box... I still get confused at times.

My gold is totally simple, as I don't have plenty. They all fit in two pouches! Although I have three times the value in gold, I have more than enough space in my two pouches.

Ah... it is very true what they say. You hold it, you own it!

The tangible nature of silver and gold bullion is among its strongest arguments in favor of collecting these silver and gold coins, rounds, and bars. Having a tangible asset can provide comfort, especially in the digital age when the majority of investments are virtual.

Obverse: Adolph A. Weinman's "Walking Liberty" design served as the inspiration for the American Silver Eagle's obverse design. A full-length image of Liberty in full stride is shown, encased in the flag's folds, holding branches of oak and laurel in her left hand and her right hand outstretched. The word "LIBERTY" is written above the picture, and smaller letters that read "IN GOD WE TRUST" are located to the right.

Reverse: The scales are the main feature of the reverse. Above the scales, the words "ONE TROY OUNCE" are etched, with ivy sprigs on either side. The purity of ".999 FINE SILVER" and the mint mark "APM" are located just below the scales. The words "SILVER TRADE UNIT" are located on the outside circle beneath the purity-related text.
