Hi bloggers and food lovers, how are you? I hope you’re having a great day. Today I’m going to share a cake recipe that’s perfect for enjoying with coffee or tea. The texture isn’t too soft, and it has a sweet flavor. This recipe is similar to the old marble cake I made before, and this time I’m making it for two round cake pans. Okay, let’s get started
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp choco malt powder
- 10 eggs
- 500 grams butter
- 500 grams all-purpose flour
- 500 grams granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cake emulsifier
- 40 grams sweetened condensed milk
- 2 packets vanilla powder
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks
Beat the egg whites first until soft peaks form
Set aside
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, cake emulsifier, vanilla powder, and butter
- Beat the ingredients until well combined and fluffy
- Add the egg yolks to the batter while continuing to beat until the batter becomes thinner
- Add the all-purpose flour and reduce the mixer speed
Add the condensed milk
Turn off the mixer once everything is evenly combined
- Add the beaten white eggs
- Add the chocolate malt powder to the remaining batter
- Mix again on the lowest speed just until the batter is evenly combined
- Pour the batter into a baking pan that has been greased with margarine and dusted with all-purpose flour
- Gently tap the baking pan a few times to release any air bubbles from the batter
- Place the pan in the oven and bake at 180°C for 1 hour
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool
- The choco malt cake is ready to eat
