A nice run on a beautiful September Saturday. It took a couple of easy miles at the start to get my stuff legs loosened up and feeling comfortable. Unfortunately a Chinese restaurant dinner the other day

Nice couple of camping. Time to get back running. Unfortunately not a lot of sleep but it wad nice to be out in the peaceful and quiet hills for some fun. My legs were tired, tired, tired from long driving

A good early morning run. My legs are feeling better but I'm still dragging a bit tjis past few weeks. I still have 2 months before my 48 hour so we'll see how things go. My running routes are rolling

A nice day to start my new week. Hope everyone is doing well these days. Again up at dawn and outside before the heat of the day kicked in (hopefully the end of the Summer heat this week). I decided to

A change of pace with an early morning walk instead of my usual Sunday run. A bad dinner choice last night at the local Mexican restaurant wasn't a good idea as my body pays for the indulgence the next

Finally, a good run under my belt as my legs finally felt like they had energy in them. Woke before daybreak so I was able to start my run earlier in the day, thus avoiding the heat. Still a bit fatigued

Not much of a day as Bella needed a lot of live and attention after her long day at the vet. After getting up before dawn I tried to get out for an early run. Unfortunately it didn't work out that way

A long day without much time for a good run. Our poor old Bella has not been feeling well this past week and a long day at the vet showed serious anemia and auto-immune disease but fortunately no cancer.

A slow and shorter run to begin the month of September. Now that my ultra race schedule is now out to the end of November (fingers crossed it doesn't get cancelled as well!) I have the chance to regroup

A nice/not so nice start to my new week. My legs felt pretty good on this easy run after my mountain hike yesterday. My plan was to take it easy this week as I had a 12 hour ultra coming up Saturday.

A tough, tough hike up in Flagstaff to end my weekend Actifit report. I'm tired!!!! Mt Elden rises a couple of thousand feet above Flagstaff and is a popular area for trails. Even though I got there early

It was an easy and laid back day as I began my weekend to bring an end to Summer. Just did one of my routine road routes under overcast skies. Nothing to brag about but I'm trying to stay positive going

A nice Friday to run and get readyforthe last weekend of the Summer. Got a later start to my run as the doggies were anxious for some play time at the dog park so a couple hours there first. Thus a later
