Not much of a day as Bella needed a lot of live and attention after her long day at the vet.
After getting up before dawn I tried to get out for an early run. Unfortunately it didn't work out that way and, although my legs felt pretty good, I just didn't have the motivation for much. Ended up with just under 3 miles and no evening workout either.
Tomorrow will be better as I get better along with my beautiful Bella.
