A long day without much time for a good run.
Our poor old Bella has not been feeling well this past week and a long day at the vet showed serious anemia and auto-immune disease but fortunately no cancer. Still she's really sick and will need lots of rest and love over the next month. Add in a bad starter in our car and I didn't get out for a walk until the early evening.
At least is was a good powerwalk and a welcome respite for my tired legs. Hopefully I will be better ad this week goes on.
